Patch notes v0.02 - Minor Tweaks

Made some small adjustments to tweak the game 

1. Added new options for many fields on objects.
   1. Added more possible choices for many fields
   2. Added new "Population" field to Setting
2. Adjusted how retired elements are treated.
   1. They are not removed from the game dictionary but are excluded in lists of options during conflicts
   2. Printing a story object will now include the detail of whether or not it is retired.
3. Added story titling function, and use it as default filename for exported story.
4. Added optional epilogue stubs for story objects.
5. Now highlights the strength and weakness of the participants in a conflict when prompting for the set up
